We need your help ASAP regarding an amendment that may be introduced in the Assembly floor on Thursday by Representative Ziegelbauer from Manitowoc.

THE AMMENDMENT WOULD WEAKEN THE BILL AND WOULD PUT AN UNECESSARY BURDEN ON FAMILIES.

The Senate Committee on Health, Health Insurance, Privacy, Property Tax Relief, and Revenue will be meeting on Tuesday April 14th to vote on whether Senate Bill 27 will go to the Senate floor for a vote.

Thanks to everyone’s testimony and letters, I am hopeful that the Senate Committee members will let the bill go on to the next stage.

As you know, the Joint Public Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, 3/18 at 10:30am

Time of Hearing Changed to 10:30am

The time of the hearing has moved from 10:00 am to 10:30 am (or immediately following the conclusion of the 10:00 AM Executive Session). The date, time and location remain the same.

Mark your calendars: The date for the Hearing Aid/Cochlear Implant legislation has been set for March 18th at 10:00 AM at the State Capitol in Hearing Room 411 South.
